Deliveries and Returns

Fly Pontes undertakes to deliver the goods to the carrier in perfect condition. Not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to the merchandise, nor for failure to deliver on time or for an incorrectly indicated address for delivery.

In order for us to intercede with the carrier, the customer must write on the note that the packaging shows signs of having been damaged or tampered with.
Fly Pontes undertakes to respect the delivery deadlines for an order, as long as the product is available in stock within 3 to 5 days.

In the case of a product that cannot be shipped within the normal timeframe, Fly Pontes will contact the customer by email to inform the product's new delivery time or alternative.

Delivery methods
Products purchased at Fly Pontes Shop are delivered to Portugal, Madeira and Azores, and to the European Union. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated for delivery of the products at the time of ordering.

Return and exchange conditions.
Returns or exchanges of items purchased at Fly Pontes Shop are not accepted.
Due to the sensitivity of the fine art business and the small shop we are, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
